The R9 385 is a great price to performing GPU.
I would go for the Power Color!

I have known Power Color as a brand for a bit and they seems quite solid but i don't really know who VTX are.
I also would not pick the 760 because its a blower styled cooler unless your case is a small case.
For most games the R9 285 will get a slightly higher fps compared to the 760.
