Looking for a Good But Cheap CPU Cooler for i7-4790 cpu

Well the title explains it, I would like to find a good but cheap CPU cooler for an i7-4790 cpu but I do not want it to be water cooling. Budget is 60$ but it would be better if it was less. thanks and I will be using this computer for gaming so keep that in mind. I have been looking for one but I am not sure what would be enough to cool this CPU.

That cooler master EVO is a fantastic cooler if you want to stay stock clock or even a mild overclock. Won't find better unless you spend quite a bit more $$. I've owned mine for a few years and don't regret it for a second.

So Just to clarify this cpu cooler should keep an i7 4790k cool while playing video games.
