Hi, I have the following things:
-A ethernet connection to my desktop running good
-a belkin wireless g usb network adaptper
-my smartphone

What I want to do?
As the network is working properly, can I connect the belkin device to the PC to use it as a wifi hotspot
so that I can connect my smartphone to the same and used that network to use internet from my phone
I have virtual router but no use
Also in cmd it is shows that my Hosted Network Support as NO
What should I do?

if the Belkin can be configured as an Access Point, easy, just hook it up. Otherwise enable Internet sharing on desktop and set up an adhoc network between desktop and phone and only one WIFI device can be on it. Probably easier just to buy an el-cheapo $25 AP, plug in router and be done with it.
