So I recently bought a $100 graphics card that came free with a 650watt Solidgear ATX powersupply from tigerdirect.com, but im a bit skeptical about it because the ratings/reviews for it weren't the greatest. But I also have my 400watt Insignia power supply that i bought from Best Buy because it was on sale. At the moment this is the last thing I have to install for my pc build so which one should I install?
