Hey guys, I know numerous posts about this comparison exists but I still could not make the decision. I have seen benchmark test like firestrike where gtx 970 score higher than 780ti but 780ti score higher fps than 970 at most of the games. In my country, an used 780 ti matrix platinum cost the same as a new Msi gtx 970 4g gaming and Gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 970.
I also read that Asus 780 ti matrix platinum can be overclocked very well.
So the problem now is, if 3 of them are overclocked max with stock cooler, which one give better gaming performance? Say power consumption is not my consideration. I play game at 1080P.
Sorry for terrible English. and sorry if i did not make my question clear.

Looking at these charts (http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_970_Gaming/27.html) the FPS differences seem to average out and relatively they both give same performance the other being faster on some games while the other is faster on others. GTX 970 should be a decent overclocker aswell (http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/09/29/msi_geforce_gtx_970_gaming_4g_video_card_review/8). Personally with these differences I would rather buy a new card over a used one (you wont have warranty with the old card). So I'd recommend getting the GTX 970.
