If you dont know how to build a PC look at this guide on how to build a PC - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0bUghCx9iso
If you still dont want to build a PC yourself find a local PC repair shop and pay them to build it for you.

I wouldnt use alphacity unless I could physically walk into a shop .

www.pricespy.co.nz is your best place to compare prices

In Auckland Playtech and ComputerLounge are good

You are probably looking at

i5 4690K
Z97 chipset mb
2 x 4 gig of RAM
128 gig SSD, hard drive
maybe a GTX 970 [ if it fits the budget ]
500 - 600 watt psu
and a $100 case

Paradigm is very good if you live in a remote location . Shipping anywhere is included .
The too cheap stores like alphacity will charge 3 times as much as they should for shipping so they are not even cheap
