what is the different between palit gtx980ti, asus gtx 980ti and gigabyte gtx 980ti??

Differences ...
Performance? 1-5% Difference if it is not overclocked.
Overclocked Performance? 0-2% Difference if overclocked.
Temperature? As long as it is there higher tier model/non blower style 1-3% Difference.
Only Real Difference:
1. Aestetics
2. Customer Service
3. Brand Name
I would recommend MSI's gaming edition because of the nice aesthetics and I've been using MSI cards for a while and i am very happy with it.
However EVGA has a great customer service as far as i'm concerned.
Palit and other manufacturers like Gigabyte, Zotac, Power Color, etc all perform almost identical to the more well known brands as stated above!
