is a 450w PSU enough for my build?

Hi,

I have ordered most components for my build, only GPU missing, and was wondering if my PSU could handle the following components:

Silverstone ST45SF 450W
Core i5 4690k
ASUS Z97m-PLUS
GTX 970?
8 GB 1866MHz RAM (2 sticks)
256GB M.2 SSD
320GB 5600 HDD x2
2x 140mm fans
2x 92mm fans
1x 80mm fan
1x CPU Fan (All fans Noctua redux)
Lian Li PW-IS20AV65AT0 front panel
DVD Combo drive

The eXtreme Power Supply Calculator says it is compatible, but would really like some more opinions on this.

Also, what other GPUs would you recommend?

Many thanks in advance!

Solution
The psu you have picked out would not be my first choice, it a small form factor with an adapter plate and adapter wiring harness included to fit an ATX case. While it does get just decent ratings, its not one of the better performing 450 watt units on the market. I would look elsewhere, and get at least 550 watts.

Admirable
The PSU is cheap and is of low quality, And even if it doesn't blow up you'd be cutting it close.

And I'd get the 390 instead, which has more VRAM and better overall gaming performance.

Thanks for the tips guys, an SFX PSU would be the ideal for the build as it is a case mod (a Powermac G5), but with some creativity i'll be able to make an ATX fit.

I have returned the PSU, going for a 650w modular in the end.
