Hi everyone

I'm having some odd issues with a system that i have mounted on this motherboard. So i'll start with the issue that has happened for the longest time

I used to have a Phenom II X2 550. When i had this CPU the post ran fine except for when i unlocked the cores. When i turn on the pc, most of the time it would pop a Post warning saying that it detected a new cpu, and i could either press F1 to enter the bios and discard the changes or press F2 to return to the default. I didn't want to go back to default because it would reset the core unlock feature. Ok this is when i had a X2 550
Now i have a X4 965 BE. And since day 1 it always shows the same message that showed for the unlocked X2. I can always press F2 and return everything to default and it would boot up fine but recently i did some RAM OC and if i return everything to default i would never be able to OC anything from the BIOS, and this is quite annoying. I've wondered for months why this happens. I tried reseating it, set BIOS to default, flash the BIOS, but i just can't get this right. I've also wondered if having the heatsink screwed too tight that it makes the mobo bend just a bit might cause that, but it's probably not that. I really don't know for sure what might be causing this. Any help?

Another Issue that came up recently is that since 2 weeks ago, every time i turn on my PC, within the first 30 mins of use, the PC freezes (no sound, just a static image and HDD doesn't read after that). I currently have RAM OC but at the time that this happened i had default bios settings like i always had. Then, when it freezes i press the reset button and most of the time it won't show anything. it will be stuck on pre-post. I have to completly switch off the power and start again. After that the Pc runs fine for the duration that i want (could be a hour or a day). I wonder if it might be a PSU problem, because i've checked HDD, RAM and dust, and it didn't fix that.

Thanks in advance
