I've run into 11+ different BSOD's for the last week trying to fix my PC

Hey!
I've been having problems with my PC for about a week now. It worked perfectly last weekend, but then I received an AverMedia Live Gamer HD to capture console-games since I do YouTube-stuff, and ever since installing it, it's only been downhill.
I also don't know if I'm posting this the right place, but since the main BSOD I get is MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, I'm guessing it's around here I have to post my issue.

When I finished installing my AverMedia and its drivers it worked perfectly for a few hours, then I restarted my PC only to be greeted by a black screen with only cursor. I couldn't fix that problem, so I just went on to reinstall my Windows completely and start over, so I bought an SSD because it seemed like a good time to get one. I reinstalled Windows 8.1 on it, and I haven't of course connected my old harddrive yet.

Well, here's when things almost just got worse. Windows installed correctly, I installed network- and AMD-drivers, but then things started to crash, and most of the time things wouldn't even start up again before I restarted my PC.
Since then, I've run into 11+ different BSOD's, many of them appearing without me doing anything on my PC. Some of them I couldn't even read because the screen glitched out.

I've reset my Windows and reinstalled it again and again, so it has to be a hardware-issue, I just can't figure out what, since I'm not a hardware genius, and running tests shows no results.
I know I'm also installing the right driver, since I'm using AMD Driver autodetect.

I really hope someone in here can help me connect the BSOD's and maybe point me to what hardware might be failing me. Can it really be the AverMedia which is causing all these errors? I have of course also tried to disconnect it again and start over from there, but no luck.
Thank you!

Here a list of the BSOD's I've encountered:

Solution
Hi

First rest CMOS using jumper to remove any over clocking

Possibly bad ram
Do you have 2 x 8 GB or 4 x 4 GB ?

Remove half of ram modules and see if things improve
If not swap ram over

Take anti static precautions & remove power cable while swapping ram modules

Yes I have, I took it out immediately and haven't had it plugged in since last week when the problems first started to appear

Alright, I've reset CMOS.
I use 2x new 4GB ones and a 8GB one from my old PC.
I've tried before to take off the 8GB from my old PC, and switch between the two 4GB ones without any luck, but now I'll try only putting in my old 8GB one and play around with it if BSOD will occur.
I will report back later if anything happens. Thank you very much for the help :)

Oh right, I'm not very good at those things, but I remember trying the Verifier-method, but nothing happened, and when the BSOD appeared I think I'd forgotten about it, and didn't know where to find the information I needed. But thank you very much for the help :)

Hi

Mixing 3 or 4 DDR-3 modules is not a good idea
Either 2 matching modules or a set of 4 matching modules is recommended for reliability
Probably 2 in a matching set is preferred

So try your new set of 2 x 4 GB modules first
If you really need 16 GB get a matching pair of 8gb modules

You are a savior, my good sir! My PC has been running almost smoothly all evening, I can't believe all the problems I've had the past week were so easy to fix. I almost ended up wasting money calling professionals. Thank you so much!
