How to make Windows boot first time setup again?

Hello, I want to know if it is possible to make a Windows 8.1 boot the first time setup again.

Like if I format a computer, install a fresh copy of Windows, it will boot with the first time setup, then I install drivers, updates and third party softwares. And then is it possible to make it boot the first time setup again to seem it is a new computer?

After the drivers and 'some software' is installed...you can't.

Before you do all that, you could have done this:

I've formated a computer for a friend, installed all necessary drivers, updates and some softwares he asked for, and I wanted him to turn on the computer like a new one, with the first time setup. Can you tell how to make this happen in Windows 8.1?

Thank you. I really wanted to do this after the drivers and third party softwares but if it's not possible, i can't do nothing.
