Why the performance of my Computer is slow??

I have a Gaming PC not more than 3 months with below config

Processor: Intel core i5-4590 3.3Ghz

GPU: MSI Geforce GTX-970 4GB Gaming

Motherboard: ASUS H81M-E overclocking motherboard

Monitor: ASUS VX229 21.5 HD monitor

Memory: Twin-Mos 8GB

PSU: Corsair 750W Bronze 80Plus

HDD: Western Digital Desktop 1TB SATA

Windows: Microsoft Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

I was playing N4S Rivals when a message Popped up Saying my computer's performance is slow. This could be becoz there are not enough resources to run Aero Color theme...
I want to know even with my 3.2Ghz i5, GTX-970 4G and 8 GB Ram why the resource is not enough... Why This window pops up... I know booting my windows might solve the problem bt it's been only 15 days i booted it... i also can see some Drop frames when playing Assassin's Creed Liberation HD with recommended(NviDia Driver) settings... After i put V-sign off the problems doesn't show though... Bt why Aero themes needs more than i gave it.... It didn't even use my full 3.5 GB V-ram and 8 GB Ram... Wt can i do.. so that this pop up automatically never shows,,, My CPU ratings is 5.9( with processor,Memory,Graphics,Gaming graphics at 7.9 and Data transfer rate 5.9) one week ago bt now my processor and Ram performance drop to 7.6.
Why this problem happened??

Have you checked task manager when this happens to see what is using up your computer resources at that time?. Sounds like it could be a memory based problem but I could be wrong.

so what is the memory based problem that u r talking abt?
and why this hampers my CPU performance and Aero Theme?

I was thinking you could have a process possibly using up all your memory resources and maybe having a memory leak. Have you also looked at what could be using up your cpu?

I am using kaspersky Internet security.... my PC went a little bit slow when i installed my GTX-970 driver... I don't know why though.... So wt can i do now???

Do you know OpenGL? that's is most likely causes why Windows can't handle Aero performance.

Try to Download "GLViewer" in the Internet.
It will show the specifications of your GPU.

If the OpenGL is below than OpenGL 2.0 or you're using OpenGL 2.0 then Windows Aero is slow. You'll need a video card that handles OpenGL 3.1

I don't know. My PC handles Aero while running in OpenGL 1.4

Try to turn on "Automatic Updating" in "Control Panel"

It will automatically download components.
With or Without noticing by you.

You typed: "Gaming graphics is 7.9"

Looks like you got a GPU with OpenGL 4.1 to OpenGL 4.5

That's all i know. If you didn't download the components, it will still show up.
