i5 4670k Tested Fine with IBT, Prime95 caused BSOD

Solution
I wouldn't add any more voltage, so you may to try a lower multiplier.

So far my experience with the Haswell chips just don't over clock as well as the Ivy Bridge / Sandy Bridge. It seems there silicone lottery seems to be much more random on the Has well chips too. Mine will do 4.4, but I can't get it to go past that at all.

I just got another BSOD whilst running CS:GO. What should I do?

I know people say not to use the latest version of Prime95 because it creates "unrealistic" temps, but I still use it. It will give you an absolute maximum, and it's the way I test the stability of my 4690K.

Your OC is not stable, what settings are you using?

The CPU ratio is 44, the CPU cache ratio is 35, the vcore override voltage is 1.3, the CPU cache override voltage is 1.25, the CPU input voltage is 2.1v.
