It depends on which model 460W CM PSU you have. If it is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171046
...it's specs make it more like a 350W than a 460W. I would go with the GTX 750 Ti or the R7-265/R7-370 max.
  3. I'd have to agree with clutchc, a 750 or 750 ti is marketed by nvida to be the GPU you just add into regular off the shelf desktop with cheap PSU to get a mid-range gaming rig. I would say a 750 ti that doesn't need the extra 6 pin pcie power connector and just runs off the 75w from the pcie slot, you can find them for around $100 after rebates and will play most games nearly maxed out at playable frames or mid-high at 60+.

looks like the cheapest GTX 750 would be around 450 rm, anyway you could save up or find an extra 100rm? anything under that is honestly not worth it in terms of performance to value, but if you cannot afford 450 and need something for 350 a gt 730 looks like the best you could get.

Yes, that's the same as the one I referenced above. Stay with the cards I suggested or upgrade the PSU.
