You could augment some dollars off your motherboard price and opt for a Z97 chipset and a bloody fast i5 4690k.

You could swap the processor for the FX-8320 and MB for the GA-970A-UD3P and save yourself a few bucks to put towards a better graphics card (280X, 290 or 380/390) if you wanted to. The 8320 can be overclocked to ~4 or 4.5 GHz, putting it right there into the 8350 territory.
