HELP! My SSD won't show up?!

Im reloading windows and the ssd drive does show even when i scan for it. I have a asus hero bord. I plugges it into one of the red sata slots. It wont show at all.

A) Make sure AHCI is turned on in the BIOS. You need that for any system that has an SSD in it.
B) Make sure the SATA power connector is firmly inserted into the socket.
C) Make sure both ends of the SATA III cable are firmly in their sockets.
D) Switch sockets and see if that changes anything.
