Gaming/Cyber Cafe build.

Dear Community, I'm planning on building an internet/Gaming cafe in my area. And i would like to ask what suitable builds can be used.. the cafe will hold around ~40 Computers And the games played will mostly be LoL, Dota2, CSGO and some MMO Games like TERA etc..

and one more thing..

how does the NAS thing work? does it mean there's no need for the pcs to have hard disks at all? or can games be installed on the NAS and be played from the computers directly?

NAS = Network Attached Storage. It's not meant for gaming, it's meant for having easier access to video files/documents/ect. Programs (games) still need to be installed on the actual computer.

Gaming build wise, what would be ideal would be:
CPU: Intel i3-41##
Motherboards: H97 Chipset
RAM: 4 or 8GBs @ 1600mhz (8 would be better, but for just gaming 4 is enough)
GPU: GTX 750ti (would save a lot on electricity and also provide high graphics.)
PSU: 300-400Ws (Though cheap quality ones can and will destroy your computer when they go out, and they're likely to die sooner as well, which means you replace them sooner, which means the $10-20 you "saved" on them isn't really saved when you have to buy another one and possibly other new...

You'll also probably need a good router than can handle that many computers, those are fairly expensive about $500-1000 USD
