I wouldn't even bother messing with QoS on your D-Link router and leave it on Automatic Classification. The QoS on it is very basic; the best you can do is set your computer to priority 1 (every other computer with a higher number) and hope it works. If you want more control of the bandwidth/speeds in your network then I would recommend finding a router that can support 3rd party firmware like Tomato Shibby or DD-WRT. If your D-Link router can be flashed with a 3rd party firmware then I would just do that.
