Hard disk Extreme Bad Sector Problem

I have 1.5 tb WD Black Edition hard disk
After CPU continuously off (maybe 3-4)for electricity gone
Now it was detected in Bios but doesn't install window if I install window it's say window cannot install on this hard disk
I install on another CPU drives doesn't shown on my computer but in disk management it shows

Please help me

I'm truly sorry to hear about your WD Black HDD and the bad sectors on it! :( Can you please post some more details about your system and what changes exactly has it undergone?
Meanwhile, I'd recommend you to test the WD Black on another computer running Windows using WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostic and run both the QUICK and EXTENDED test: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=W7JWG8
If you don't have access to another system, then you should download the DOS version of the software, which will let you test the HDD without booting into any OS. You can refer to this link for the Data LifeGuard DOS version and follow the instructions there: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=5GMMAo

Keep me posted with the test results, especially the SMART data!
