Hi I have dell vostro 3550, when i press the power button it on only displays dell logo and goes off again

Hi I have Dell Vostro 3550 Laptop , when i press the power button for a startup it only displays Dell logo and goes off again then it repeats the the same process again and again, it only stops when i press the power button.

what can i do, i need your help please.

I can't say why this is but the CMOS battery (button cell battery on the motherboard, usually a CR 2032) plays a big part (more so than most) in the proper operation of Dell's PC's. I'll suggest replacing the CMOS battery to begin with, let us know where you get from there.
