Will I be able to run these games at 60fps on these specs

Will I be able to run games like Grand Theft Auto V, ArmA 3, Rust, Fallout 4, and some other upcoming titles at 60fps (High-Ultra graphics)? Thanks in advance!!!

My specs:
Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
8 gigs of ram
Windows 8.1 64-bit
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SSC
1680x1050 60Hz (my monitor res)

Will be able to play them pretty good. You can look up some benchmarks on youtube, i have the card myself but not too many games to test it on. I can run witcher 3 on medium 60fps (witcher 3 is very gpu intensive)

I wouldn't expect high FPS at ultra settings, though you should be ok with high settings.
Rust/Arma3 are known to be poorly optimized games though.

Those aren't the two I'm worried about, I'm worried about if I'm going to be able to run GTA V at 60fps on High/Ultra settings. I hear that GTA V is a fantastic port (compared to GTA IV port).

Can't say about GTX 960 at ultra, maybe expect 45-60 FPS there. Just disable some AA in Nvidia Control Panel and it'll do, just the image will have a little pixel edges.

with gtx 960 not 100%. But with an 970 its almost 100%.
