Will this power supply suffice?

I'm building a gaming pc and I'm not sure if a 600w psu will be sufficient in powering the R9 390 gpu in my build. If not would a GTX 970 work?

Hi - either card will work fine on a true 600w PSU, and your 600b listed while not EVGA's best, will
handle your system fine.

You do realize your question is for a R9 380 while your partpicker lists a 390 - right?
The 600b will still handle it, tho.

The watts would work but the B1 series are very low quality, buy a better model with a bit more watts.
If you st the top of your budget change to a 2X4gb set of memory you don't need 16gb for gaming anyhow.
I would also chsnge the hard drive to a WD black 1TB drive.
