Title is clear, which one is the best. I have to cool an I5 3570K and I would like to push it to 4.8 GHz. Now I have a Zalman CNPS 9900 Max and temps are pretty high, 85 degrees with a 4.4 clock speed.

They're almost identical.

How far you can push your cpu not only relies on thermals but voltage as well. Some chips won't go to 4.8ghz no matter what size cooler is on them. Aside from that, either of these coolers (flip a coin) will work better than the zalman cooler. It also depends on your ambient temps.
