Any Graphics card should be fine just make sure if fits in your case and you have enough power.

You need to open up the PC and get the model number off the motherboard before sonebody can tell you what you can upgrade to some will not handle a 125 Watt processor.
The video card is not as big of a deal as long as it fits inside the case but a power supply upgrade will be needed CyberPower uses the cheapest crap they can.
