10-15 minutes playing a game = 01-05 FPS till restart of my Notebook, Can you help me?

I have problem with running my games more than 15 minutes. I'm playing League of Legends or World of Warcraft. After about 15 minutes the game 120 FPS, then the game slow down to 01 FPS and i have to restart my laptop. It occurs always. I've read something about it, tryied few things but nothing happens and problem is still here. I can add more information about, but I dont know which.

I am not an IT expert, so i will be glad for every single sugestion.
I have a DELL XPS L702X 3 years old, playing games a lot

Heat. If you play too much, you should leave it every once in a while to cool-down for around 15-30 minutes. I would suggest you, if possible, to open up the laptop and clean it with a can of compessed air. The cans arent expensive (5$-10$) so it would be worth a shot, dust is everywhere, no chance to avoid it. Especially on a 3 Y/O system. Hope you get it fixed

Heat is your issue. The laptop probably hits the limit which causes it to switch off. I would clean the dust of the laptop, replace the fans, lower the settings of the game and buy a laptop cooler.

Aid Fetic :

Using compressed air will remove all of the cluttered dust. But that wont fix the issue forever. Geosnail, if you don't mind leaving your laptop on a desk while gaming then use a laptop cooling pad.
