I got all the parts for my new computer today, built it, everything was fine. Unfortunately my BIOS version was quite old so I updated it using the USB method. It seemed seems to go okay then it suddenly got stuck at 18% and it still is right now. I don't know what to do and I don't want to switch the computer off in fear that it might destroy the BIOS chip. I really can't afford to buy any new parts or RMA the motherboard, its really not an option for me right now 
Please help me out guys, I have the Z97 MSI krait with an i7 4770k inside. I used the A.5 AMI BIOS update for this specific motherboard and used the USB method through the UEFI to install it. It's still stuck at 18% as I write this message.
