Random BSOD crashes while gaming

After changing my motherboard, this BSOD problem occurs. Sometimes it's IRQL LESS OR NOT EQUAL, sometimes UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP, sometimes something else. What could be the problem? I have no dmp files in my minidump folder because when BSOD occur, it's stuck on 0% complete. BSOD most of the time happens when I'm playing cs:go.
My mobo: msi p31 neo
3gb ram memory
Intel Core 2 duo E6600
Nvidia geforce 9500GT.
Any recommendation would be highly appreciated.
