If i get a Nvidia card, will disabiling Physx mean it uses less power?

Using eXtreme Power Supply Calculator, it seems that the psu requiremtn ramps up from 246w to 277w. My PSU can only handle 275w. I've had it since january.

Side note:Would it be able to handle an R7 240? When i choose that GPU instead it hits only 250w or so. Thanks.

It has a propertiary 275w psu. Can't remove it either :c. Thanks.

You don't use your max capacity unless you like killing components. If it's a 275w, a couple years old since your other thread says it's a btx, and it says 250w with just a 240, then you are already running at it's safe capacity with whatever you are currently running.
