Display Is Blurry No Matter What!

Today I went out and down sized from a 40' inch Samsung Smart Tv to a 19' Element Elefw195 and no matter what the resolution is the text is blurry. I have an Nvidia GTX 650 and it is connected via HDMI. I had it connected via HDMI on my 40' and it was crystal clear I had no problems whatsoever. I've tried all the tricks of underlancing and overlacing and resizing, am I doing something wrong or is the tv just that bad in regards to quality. My friend has the same exact monitor and his picture is crystal clear so what is the problem with mine?

set the resolution to the native resolution of the monitor

The monitor currently is.

1920x1080 is what is recommended and native.

that interesting, a google search said that a 720p.

When I switch to HDMI via the sources button on the remote it says 1080p and then when I go to switch the resolution it says 1920x1080 recommended. I changed in to 720p and the quality was horrid. It doesn't make a difference what the resolution is the quality is still bad. I currently am on a laptop that is running 1366x768 and the picture is crystal clear.

I am going to reinstall my drivers and see if this can sort itself out I cant seem to see what the problem is with this monitor.

could be a driver issue I see this with some amd drivers with bad blurry text with some and nice crisp and clear with others ??

also like I tried to explain here about how some hdtv' may just suck as a pc monitor and others excel at it

you may be in the not so good department on that tv ??

looking over your manual I would say not good for pc- just tells you it can hook one up and that's about it

The issue has been fixed. I reinstalled my graphics drivers and it is now crystal clear ! Thank you for your help !
