Hi, I am having an issue that is becoming very troublesome. When I play games (League of Legends), my computer tends to crash at various moments in the game. When it crashes, I notice that the computer is very loud. I have reason to believe that it is the power supply, because I went on a power supply wattage website and it said that 650w is recommended, but I only have a 500w in my computer right now. I have just ordered a 750w online, but after doing some research on another thread, I have other reason to believe that my graphics card is not in the slot all the way. I sometimes get these messages: "Your graphics driver has stopped working but has recovered." I was almost certain that it was my power supply, that is why I ordered a new one, but now I'm scared that the graphics card might be the issue. My specifications are listed below:

Processor (CPU): AMD A10-7850k 3.7MHz (Kaveri)
Mainboard (MOBO): ASRock FM2A55M-VG3+
Memory (RAM): 4GB Kingston DDR3 800 MHz
Graphics Card (GPU): AMD Sapphire R9 270x 2GB
Power Supply (PSU): Thermaltake 500w ATX 12v

If you need any more specifications just tell me, I really want to know ASAP so if i need to cancel my power supply order I can. Please help because this is super frustrating and I don't have the money for a new computer.

Thank you so much,

Daniel

Yeah you definitely do need atleast a 600watt power supply. I've seen many issues where people's system's have crashed running an r9 270x on 500 watts. Even if the power supply isn't the root problem you would need to have a 600w PSU anyway. You can cancel the order for the 750Watt and get this instead : http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-BRONZE-Warranty-Supply-100-B1-0600-KR/dp/B00EON40CS/ref=sr_1_2?&ie=UTF8&qid=1436847116&sr=8-2&keywords=600+watt+power+supply unless you were planning on upgrading in the future

That is completely false. That GPU states, requires 500w or greater. I don't think your system is crashing because of your power supply. I think you have 2 things going on. One is you may need to roll back your drivers to a previous version, I had to do that with an AMD card in order to get it to work. Also, I think your CPU (actually APU) is crashing. That CPU is not designed for gaming, that is best suited for web surfing.
