hello everyone
so i am trying to get a new nice pc a
nd i don't know whats good and what bad out there
i am trying to build a pc that can run games like witcher 3 bf4 on max settings and that sorta of thing while maintaining a low budget so far i got these

Variants of this build:
1) instead of the MSI z97 PC mate, get the MSI z97 SLI Krait edition for more features. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97sslikraitedition

2) the r9 290x runs hotter, and has less over locking capabilities than the GTX 970. However the GTX 970 has effectively only 3.5GB of VRAM, and you wont be able to max out games and have 50-60 fps.
