So my pc has been stuttering in all games and I want to completely wipe my pc and start a fresh install of the OS.
My question is, once I get to the partitions part of the Windows 8.1 install, do I select my 1Tb hard drive and delete it, then click on the unallocated space and create a new partition and also format it after the partition is created?
Also, once I get to the desktop, should I do all my windows updates first and then install the drivers on my mobo cd as well the GPU driver from AMD's website for my 7870?
