Looking for the best GPU compatible with my Power supply

My PC config:

AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad Core 3.60 GHz
8 GB RAM
Corsair VS450 ATX Power Supply
ATI Radeon™ HD 5670 GPU

Now, I want to upgrade my GPU. What would be the best GPU I can use without changing my Power supply?

P.S: I play BF3 online with the lowest graphic setting and get max 50 fps. With the new GPU I want to play both BF3 & BF4 seamlessly with High (Ultra, if possible) graphic setting.

I suggest you put all your parts into PC Part Picker. It will make everything more organized and easier. It will check for incapabilities (Sometimes won't get all of them though). Once you have put in your power supply, scroll down and click "View Compatible Video Cards." Hope this helps!
