so i am building an average low budget pc
and i want you guys opinion on them should i stick to them or change something
that kinda of thing thanks in advance here is my shopping cart on newegg

Well. the parts looks good. But it would also be beneficial if you add an SSD to install windows into and all the programs in so that they may boot and load faster.

HDD can then be used solely for data storage.

Personally I am bit sceptical about AMD nowdays, but it isn't necesserally AMD's fault.
Badly ported games exists, we know. I'd go with an equally good nvidia card.
Also, you don't need thermal compound (it was pre-applied to the cooler).
By the way, do you really need a CoolerMaster CPU cooler? If you don't plan overclocking your CPU, the stock cooler is more than enough for you, I am sure.

AMD cards are good for games specially with there better scalability in multi monitor set up. They are also supported by DX12 as well. So future gaming would be perfectly suited for them as well as NVidia cards.
