PC restarts after Power shutdown in spite of UPS

hi folks
i got numeric 1kva 1000ax UPS
and PSU cooler master 750 M

past few days im getting this wired problem during power shutdown my UPS changes to battery mode and PC works fine exactly for 3 seconds then my PC restarts [ sometime it keeps restarting continuously i gotta force shutdown it ] . so guys can you tell me which one is causing this problem UPS or PSU ????

im looking to buy APC 1 KVA ups does it will solve the problem ?

im really worried this problem will ruin my PC hardware :( so help me folks :sweat:
heres the config just in case ..

AMD FX 8350
Cooler Master 750 w PSU
Corsair 8 GB DDR3
Seagate 1TB Sata Drive
Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU
cooler master k380 cabinet
Dell 21.5 inch monitor S2240L
Asus strix r9285 GPU
Numeric ups 1KV

I agree is the UPS or the PSU (the capacitors doesnt retain enought power to sustain the pc until ups enters in battery mode)

power the pc into the wall see if it has any errors in shutdown. some mb can hang during shutdown and some parts of the mb can still be on. if that the issue you have to pull power from the pc and clear the cmos. a lot of times this happens to asus mb.

Sounds like your UPS is the main problem. Its cutting off power to your PC when it changes mode. First guess is the battery in it is dead so when it switches modes to charge it it just cuts the power.

Are you using any kind of software control from your PC to the UPS so that it can monitor the UPS and change its power state?

No i dont have any Software to control the UPS i recently sent the PSU to the company they said PSU is working fine ....
