This is the pc I am getting today. Any issues with compatibility, and what is the best gpu I could put in it if I chose to upgrade? Hopefully it will be fine for 1080p gaming as it is.

However you do not need that big of a PSU at all. Your system could get away with a 600W PSU and still be considered overkilled in the PSU aspect.
