So i'm trying to get the most for my buck and so far I've come up with this
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Zx7V99
i was wondering if i could have some input on this build along with suggestions on what to change maybe. Id also like to stick to the red and black theme but its not that important.

Solution
heres my improvements:

sufficient cooling for the price for much less with the 212
better overclocking motherboard
better read/write ssd and better quality
faster ram with lower latency
sufficient case for much less
better graphics card
higher quality power supply

almost same price
theme souldnt be a priorty with the budget you are on so i didnt take it into account.

This would be a far better build, for the money. Only about $2 more than your build, excluding any MIR's. I do not include them in my builds, as they do not reflect the actual upfront cost.

Would i have to get a cpu cooler or the one in the cpu is good enough

you wont need an aftermarket cooler for that cpu. the fx-6300 can be overclocked, creating extra heat and requiring extra cooling. amd generally runs hotter too. the i5-4460 isnt made for overclocking and is best left at stock, so heating wont be an issue. if you are looking for the option to learn overclocking or want more bang for the buck i would go with the amd build. if not, intel is usually a better choice.
