So I posted my build a couple of days ago but I now realize that I can't get most of those parts all the way out here. So here is a new build that I made with parts I can get from local merchants.

Intel core i5 4460 - 14400tk

MSI Gtx 960 2gb - 23000tk

Thermalteck TR2 500W Power Supply - 4,900tk

MSI H81M-E35V2 4th Gen. LGA 1150 - 5,300tk

Western Digital WD10EZEX-00RKKA0 - 4400tk

Thermaltake V0100K1W2N Commander GS-III Black/Win/SECC Casing - 4,000tk

2 x G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB DDR3 - 2900 x 2 = 5800tk

Samsung SH-S223 - 1,300tk

I plan to use my 768p monitor or TV for now. I might do some streaming at 720p and 30 fps. I like RPG genre better so looking to play games like Witcher 3, Skyrim, Shadow of Mordor etc. So what kind of performance am I looking at? Are these parts compatible? Can I get something better for this price range? Am I forgetting anything? Thanks.

Btw the exchange rate is 1 USD = 77.6899tk. Although we have to pay an excess amount of tax for certain parts. Take the GPU for example.

This is the retailer I am buying from www.ryanscomputers.com/mainhome/item_List/54/0. So if you guys could recommend one of these PSU's, that would be real nice. Is Gigabyte a good PSU brand?

Here are benchmarks for your build (which are all reasonable):
UserBenchmarks: Desktop 53%, Gaming 47%, Workstation 34%
CPU: 73.2% Intel Core i5-4460
GPU: 52.9% Nvidia GTX 960
HDD: 85.9% WD Blue 1TB (2012)

I would say it's well worth considering the addition of an SSD to the above, as it will significantly improve your system.

Here are the new benchmarks with the addition of an SSD:
UserBenchmarks: Desktop 71%, Gaming 54%, Workstation 43%
CPU: 73.2% Intel Core i5-4460
GPU: 52.9% Nvidia GTX 960
SSD: 92.4% Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
HDD: 85.9% WD Blue 1TB (2012)

This is the cheapest H97 motherboard I can get www.ryanscomputers.com/Asus-Mainboard-5037. Should I get this or just update the bios myself?

Another question. Someone told me the fps difference between 720p and 1080p would be 10-15 fps while others have said it would be double. Which one is it?

not really possible to say without knowing specific hardware configurations VRAM/GPU, CPU, game, game sequence, game settings but it would probably be somewhere between double and 10-15 fps.

Defiantly not a hype. I've used it and when the game supports 4k natively, it looks amazing. Games that don't natively support 4k don't do well since all the text, crosshairs, chat, and buttons are all super tiny.

However, don't expect it to be almost as good as 4k, it still looks like your typical AA but better.

Well that sounds cool. No I don't expect 4k to run on my 768p monitor, lol. Just to clarify, I would be able to play most games in ultra/high and get constantly get 60fps with this build? If not I'd be better stuck with my Intel Pentium.
