Solution
Wrong. The screen resolution is the same on both so the performance will be identical. It does not require more power to use a bigger screen. It requires more power to use a HIGHER RESOLUTION screen and because both of those are 1080p, the performance will be identical.

No the fps will be the same since both screens are the same resolution. It's the resolution that you play on that effects the performance not the screen size. And screens have their own power supply and take their power directly from the wall socket so it does not make a difference in what size PSU you need in the computer.

My last Question

What is better monitor for gaming
24 inch 1080p (that I experience it)
or
27 inch 1080p (give me idea for this this is good and better than 24inch 1080p or not)

It depends on your preferences and how far you are from the screen, the further away you are the bigger the screen should be. Also if you have a huge screen close to you then you would propably want a higher resolution aswell. There are some calculations and recommandations for tvs that tell what screen size you should have based on the viewing distance. You might want to go to a shop that has displays on display to check what the differences are in real life.
