After i installed the capture card i put back the gpu and i tried to power on my PC. But i found out that it was not turning on. So If u guys do have a solution to this problem please reply and tell me.

PSU:CYDERPOWER 600WATT

Solution
Maybe next time your lazy it won't cost you upto $1000 in new components.

You fried something and possibly everything.

I can't tell if this is a troll post because I can't believe anyone would be that dumb to not turn off a PC before putting a card in.

Fans won't turn on. And usually there's a quite distinct smell of burned-out components.

Don't be surprised that you have nothing salvageable inside the case...well, maybe the drive(s).

The fact that you weren't planning to move the GPU has nothing to do with it. You DO NOT manipulate components while the power's on. To be honest...I gotta say, anyone who did this has no business whatsoever in ever opening up a computer case. It's THAT basic.

I didn't smell anything burning and also the light is on for the cpu and the gpu. But it won't power on

The CPU light and the GPU light is still on. But i don't know where the lights for the motherboard are.

You tried to hot-add a card to a PC? o_e

Probably damaged the GPU, the PCIe slot for the GPU and capture card, and maybe the PSU.

You need special, proprietary and expensive hardware to do hot-add, and then you need an OS that knows how to do that. Even most servers don't support hot-add cards, at best there was hot-replace on PCI-X, but even that was rather clunky and support was dropped.

That's not what i tried to do. i Tried to install a internal capture card and when i was installing it. the GPU came out of place and my monitor went black. So than i took out my GPU and shut off the power. After installing everything back, i tried to power on my pc and it wont power back on.

Bolded for emphasis. You tried to add in a card while the machine was powered on. That is HOT-ADD
