So i am planning to buy a new computer and my maximal budget is 380$. Also i need a gaming computer(1 TB Hard drive, 4/8 GB DDR3 RAM ...). Any ideas?

Keep saving. With a $380 budget you're not like to get anything that you would enjoy gaming on. Even another $100 would go a long way.
