Looking for recommendations to upgrade my PC parts.

I am looking for some help here as I am a rookie when it comes to building and upgrading PC's. I basically just play a shitload of Dota 2 and a few other games. I started out with just a basic ASUS essentio CM1630 series PC. I bought 16 gigs worth of ram (8 gigs of Corsair Vengeance and 8 gigs of PNY...4 sticks of 4 gb). Unfortunately the ram slots on my motherboard went bad and I can only use 1 slot so I am running 4 gigs.

Here are my current specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 220 2.80 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
System type: 64 bit OS
GPU: NVidia GEFORCE GTX 570HD
I also bought a new PSU to support my GPU. It's a Thermaltake TR2 600W.
As I said before I have another 12 gigs of ram just sitting in my drawer.

So basically I am looking to use the same PSU (600W Thermaltake TR2), the same GPU (Geforce GTX 570HD) and would like to use all 16 gigs of ram that I have. I definitely need a new motherboard and a new CPU. I am not sure if I need to buy a new case, but would prefer if I didn't have to. Can someone recommend me a budget CPU/Mobo combo that would be compatible with these parts and would fit inside this stock ASUS case? If I have to I guess I will buy a new case. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: It's not a big deal but I have a gift card to newegg.com so it would be great if the recommended parts were on there, if not, whatever.

This is an Intel build, same parts but a new CPU and motherboard...

I'd recommend sticking with the same RAM for every slot, and not to mix/match. If you want, sell the PNY, since Corsair is a much better manufacturer. You don't need 16GB at all, so you could easily run with 2x4GB of the Corsair Vengeance. What are the specs on the Vengeance sticks? So I know what ones they are exactly. Part numbers help, or just any info about them. Also, what exact GPU do you have? What manufacturer?

Sorry the GPU is EVGA. By the way, I actually have two of these. I was told that running both of them would be faster/better but I don't think my current set up will support both of them. Here is a link:

http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Superclocked-Lifetime-Warranty-012-P3-1573-AR/dp/B004SMUT70/ref=sr_1_2/176-4199879-7722253?ie=UTF8&qid=1436907920&sr=8-2&keywords=geforce+gtx+570+hd

The RAM is blue. Here is a link:

EDIT: It is not superclocked. It's just EVGA 1280 MB GDDR5 NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 570HD

The 80+ rating refers to have at least 80% power efficiency, usually means better build quality, since yours doesn't have the 80+ standard it's basically means your PSU is of poor quality.

Honestly I'm not sure. Would AMD be more likely to be compatible with all of my current parts? I obviously need a new MoBo so that I can utilize my RAM since the slots are broken on my current one, and my processor really makes me lag in my games. I guess stick with AMD.

I can get you a decent Intel CPU, like an i3 or an i5, and a new board, the other parts would all still work, and you can look at the build and give your input?

About $200 USD for the motherboard/cpu, if you want to spend a bit more, you can get a better CPU, but the motherboard is decent for the price. I also added in a different case, since yours in proprietary. I added the Corsair 200R because it's cheap, has lots of extra bays for hard drives, and easy to work with.

Here's the same Intel build but with an i5 CPU instead of i3. This CPU will not support overclocking, just an fyi.
