Alright so when I go to turn my PC on 1 case fan turns on along with my GPU, CPU fan and PSU fan all turn, and also my hard drives work, although there is no signal on my monitor. I have tried holding the power button while unplugged to drain the power but it doesn't work. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
Also there is no USB power at all. I think it is a motherboard problem but I'm not 100% sure.

No it isn't a new build. I've had it for a year and a half now. I've come to the conclusion that it's either my PSU or motherboard. I have a feeling my motherboard isnt getting enough power as it once booted with the case fans at full speed but shut off after 4 seconds

Most likely Motherboard. Had the same problem with a new build. Thought it was the graphics card. It was the mobo the whole time. Do a POST test if you can, and if not, bring it to Best Buy and have them check it out. They probably won't charge you for it if they can't do anything about it.

Sometimes when I leave the computer off for long enough then turn it back on, it will start to post but immediately switch off again also my case fan with led will switch on.
