AMD Display driver stopped working and has recovered

I just finished building my first pc. Everything works fine until I start trying to play games. I get the display driver has stopped working and has recovered message. I have tried many different things. My software is up to date, I have tried windows fix-it, my RAM is working correctly, I have tried reinstalling everything including operating system. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My Specs:
Motherboard: Asus z97-pro gamer
CPU: Intel i5-4460
GPU: XFX R7 260x
RAM: 8GB (2-4GB) G.Skill

You listed everything but the power supply, but this usually is a corrupt driver
Go to the AMD site download a different driver version for your card, delete your current version and install the new driver.
If that does not work go into CCC and up your power setting to the +20%

Thanks, I have already tried deleting and downloading a different driver. My PSU is Raidmax RX 730SS
