Broken default program and system32 please help! read further

I downloaded uTorrent yesterday, and noticed all my programs were set to default launch by utorrent, I immediately uninstalled utorrent and now all of my programs ask me to choose a program to open this file! I can't access Msconfig or cmd, I don't want to reformat and don't know how to! Please help
my specs are here NVM i can't even open dxdaig or any thing, I think my system32 has been messed with please help
I know I have an msi mother board
GTX 750 1gb
AMD-FX 6300
1tb hard drive
8gb ram
and i will not spend money and yes Ive used avg

Do you have your OS install media and the relevant license key?
If so, wipe the drive and reinstall.

Or, you could spend a week attempting to 'fix' whatever you did. Simply installing uTorrent does not do that what you describe.

It sounds to me that you downloaded a infected version of uTorrent or not even uTorrent but one of the many variants.

If you don't want to reformat or spend any money getting it fixed there isn't much that can be done. You could try using http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

However, that does not always fix everything. It works a lot of the times but there are also a lot of times where things get far to corrupted.
