I need a case under $100 that is a mid tower- full tower that has a top that can fit 2 140 mm fans/ radiator. Cable management is kinda important too and the cooler it looks the better. any suggestions?

The corsair Spec-03. I love mine. It'll fit those fans and has decent cable management.
