I need a 800$ max gaming pc for playing bf4 at 1080p on ultra preset over 60fps. I would prefer that the entire system would be under as little voltage as possible, I don't want to be paying a lot of money for my utility bills. I would also prefer if the cpu would be intel and the gpu would be nvidia because of their lower voltages compared to an amd processor and gpu. I would also prefer the case to have a window and has good airflow for just gaming, nothing serious. A case with great cable management would be appreciated, and mid-tower should be enough. Please include the windows os in the final pricing, i prefer windows 8.1 64-bit. If you can fit in an ssd and 8gb of ram instead of 4 would also be appreciated, I know i'm asking for a lot but I would be really happy if someone can help me.

You'll have to specify where you live (country,) otherwise people will just link you PC Partpicker links which might be irrelevant. I would say CTurbo's build is fairly decent, but that power supply might not have enough PCI power connectors. might be worth spending 15$ more, and make sure it's 80plus that will help efficiency a lot.

I was hoping that it would be a nvidia gpu, because the amd one you picked is power hungry are there any other gpus that can do just as good with less voltage?

That's very solid, might want to dig around and see if you can find a cheaper version of windows on your own. That system is more than enough for BF4, I only have an r9 280x, and even I can play BF4 at Ultra presets 1080p 60FPS. If efficiency is really important to you, than you might want to pick up a GTX 970 but it's not really worth it. In terms of performance they trade blows here's a review/benchmarks http://www.anandtech.com/show/8568/the-geforce-gtx-970-review-feat-evga/7 I know I wasn't as useful as others, sorry about that. Anyway, good luck with your build! :)

Edit:

The GTX 970 costs around 300$, and the GTX 960 which is costs around 200$. The r9 290 is in between, kinda. All of them should be enough for BF4, I would also recommend getting a mouse with a decent sensor, if you don't already have one, that will make a big difference. Anything from Zowie, and most of the stuff from Steelseries or Logitech should be enough. As long as you aren't using an 800$ PC with a 5$ mouse, trust me it's worth spending around 30/20$ on a mouse, (hope this is of some use to you.)

You can't afford the GTX970 and the GTX960 is not good enough. The R9 290 is GREAT and don't worry about it being power hungry.

Not by much though, and it might be worth spending an extra 50$ if that's what you wan't, but it's overkill for BF4. I use AMD myself, but it might be worth considering NIVIDIA. Also take into account you can always switch out your GPU three years down the line, if you wish to do so. Very confusing, best of luck :).
