Nvidia Display Driver 353.30 crashing and recovering imediately

Any way to stop this driver from crashing???
It doesn't seem to be a huge deal but is quite annoying.

I have a GTX 970 running on a ASUS z97 Formula 4 mobo with a intel 4790k cpu

gpu is running at 44 clelius gpu usage 10-11% vid usage 0-1% FB usage 4-6%

It happens while sitting idle, gamming, and wathing twitch/youtube.
just looking for quick and easy solutions.

I also have this problem with the same hardware, except the mobo, which is a Z97 Pro Gamer from Asus.

Haven't had any crashes except when I have multiple videos open in different tabs in Google Chrome.

Since we're both having troubles in browsers, the issue might be an unstable bit of code related to rendering multiple video streams. Just a guess though, Might have to just wait for an update.
