Is the ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. M11AD Rev X.0x motherboard compatible with this graphics card?

Is it your PC, M11AD? https://www.asus.com/us/Desktops/M11AD/gallery/ because it has the h81 chipset MB with the pcie2.0X16, the gtx750 will work, but make sure the case has enough space for it. Open the case check it out like http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/upload/product/2810/feature8.jpg The gtx750 ftw length is 9.1 in.
Also you may or may not need the new PSU, because the PSU is 350W. If your PC will randomly shut down after install the new GPU, or even not boot, and you need the new PSU.
