Lan Driver Issues

I recently purchased and installed a CROSSBLADE RANGER mobo. I had no issues installing it and every driver installed correctly from the disk except one.

The driver for the LAN port did not install correctly. When I attempt to install the driver it tells me that no intel adaptors are found. I have tried installing from the disk, from the intel site and from the asus site. Every single time i get the same error.

I have gone into device manager and my intel I211 adaptor tells me that the driver is not installed properly. When I attempt to update the driver it says the driver is up to date. I know this is wrong because the driver version is 12 when the intel website says 20.1.

I have tried a different internet cord, i have tried restarting my router and my computer i have tried system restoring to before i installed the drivers and reinstalling. I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this.

I have tried everything i can think of and plenty of stuff i knew wasn't going to work. I've been at this for over 5 hours now.

Solution
I would download the latest one from the ASUS support page for your motherboard and try installing it. If it is still a problem, uninstall the device, then run that driver installer again.
